Renewal of Vows
Reaffirming your wedding vows is a really beautiful way to celebrate how you and your partner have supported each other and enriched each others lives.
A renewal of vows ceremony can be an opportunity to affirm your love and commitment to one another. Maybe you wish to celebrate a special anniversary, or you married abroad and now want to celebrate with family and friends at home. Alternatively you may wish to recommit to each other after a difficult time.
I will come and meet with you, get to know you both a little and help you turn your thoughts and ideas into something truly wonderful. You may choose to retain elements of your original wedding, or incorporate new ideas reflecting who you are today. Your ceremony may follow a traditional format, or you may decide to do something less formal and a little different.You may choose to re dedicate your rings, or exchange new ones. If you have children you may want to acknowledge the joy they have brought you. You can affirm original vows or make new vows to each other.
Readings, poems, prayers, blessings and music can all be included. I have an extensive collection and am happy to make suggestions if required.
I will then write a personal and bespoke ceremony using the information I have gathered from meeting with you. You will have ample opportunity to amend the ceremony, and only once you are totally happy will I produce the final version.
Whether you want a simple and elegant ceremony, or have ambitious plans to celebrate with all your family and friends and need help to bring it to reality your ceremony will be a personal and unique celebration.
